Hello, Community,

Exciting news this week. What’s up Edmonton has surpassed 2000 active subscribers!

And what a journey it’s been (and will continue to be).

To be brutally honest with you folks, this little project turned big has been quite the undertaking. Far more than I initially thought it would be. In fact, for the third time since inception, I nearly threw in the towel this time around. A couple busy work weeks with very long days combined with life & family obligations have made getting this thing out, well… rather challenging.

But when facing that familiar mounting pressure this past week, I thought long & hard about all the good that’s come to our city, perhaps in part because of this letter. I’ve met more folks recently who’d already subscribed & happily confessed to getting out way more than they used to; forging friendships & crafting actionable pacts, bringing vibrancy to this region I (and many others I’m sure) am proud to call home.

Perhaps, that was my cue to call and as a result, I present to you Issue No. 64.

As I’ve said many times before, there’s lots of good things happening this week. And truth be told (once again), that’s every week here in YEG. The beauty in all of this isn’t necessarily the things we do & places we go, but the people we meet along the way.

I hope you all enjoy amazing weeks & I’ll catch you again next Tuesday morning = )

Jonah
